Refund policy

At British Persian Kittens, we are committed to placing healthy, well-socialized British Shorthair and Persian kittens into loving, responsible homes. Because our kittens are living animals, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail products.
Live Animal Sales
All kitten placements are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a buyer changes their mind, has allergies, lifestyle changes, housing restrictions, or other personal circumstances after the kitten has been adopted.
Health Guarantee
Every kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our care and is provided with age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and health records.
We encourage all new owners to have their kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. If a veterinarian identifies a serious health condition that was present prior to delivery, please contact us immediately with the veterinarian's written report so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
If You Can No Longer Keep Your Kitten
If, at any time, you are unable to care for your kitten, we encourage you to contact us before attempting to rehome the kitten yourself. Whenever possible, we are happy to provide guidance or assist in finding a suitable new home.
Deposits
Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing or if we are unable to provide the reserved kitten.
Shipping Fees
Shipping, transportation, delivery, and related travel expenses are non-refundable once arrangements have been made or services have been provided.
